Radio approval
Radio interfaces of telecommunication equipment may require WPC approval, to be issued by the Wireless Planning and Coordination section of the Department of Telecommunications (DOT). India has high level radio requirements, so usually a few parameters are subject to verification. Foreign test reports are accepted where they don't deviate from Indian requirements. The certificate can be issued to a foreign company. Depending on the product specification, Teleconformity can make a correct judgement of what needs to be done.
Telecom approval
Line interfaces (PSTN, ISDN, xDSL, T1/E1, etc) of telecommunication equipment do require TEC approval. Depending on the product specification, Teleconformity can make a correct judgement of what needs to be done.
Safety approval
Safety approval (several marks like STQC, ISI, CII) may be obtained for electric, electronic, radio and telecommunication equipment, however this is not always mandatory. Such certified products then shall be marked with the corresponing logo and registration number. Depending on the product specification, Teleconformity can make a correct judgement of what needs to be done.
EMC approval
EMC approval from CII can be obained for your equipment. Certified products shall be marked with the corresponing logo and registration number. Depending on the product specification, Teleconformity can make a correct judgement of what needs to be done.
